RT acting Minister of economy Marat Safiullin: the goal of program on training managing staff is to improve management level in the Republic of Tatarstan

RT acting Minister of economy Marat Safiullin told about President program on training managing staff in Tatarstan at briefing in a House of RT government.

President program on training managing staff for organization of national economy of Russian Federation is a part of state staff policy in republic.

By words of Marat Safiullin during 11 years the program has involved 1474 people. They are specialists of enterprises significant for Tatarstan and Russian economy - JSC “Kazanorgsintez”, JSC “Tatenergo”, JSC “KAMAZ”, JSC “Nizhnekamskshina”, JSC “Nizhnekamskneftehim”, JSC “Tatneft”, techno polis “Himgrad”.

Consequently 67 % of specialists who had taken courses were appointed to higher positions, 13 % founded their own business.

The employees and specialists of non-state sector may participate in the program. The goal of program on training managing staff is to improve management level in republic and promote formation of staff reserve in Tatarstan.

Candidates will have been selected by June,20,2010. The quota makes 155 specialists from Tatarstan.

Moreover, Marat Safiullin said by initiative of Russian ministry of economic development training will be conducted by the so-called Q program (conversion to innovative economy, specialities “Development of entrepreneurship”, “Management in the sphere of innovations). To take part in Q program one has to represent an idea of business development and business project.

The program is being financed by three sources – budget of Tatarstan and Russian Federation and enterprise where specialists work.

Prices for training in 2010/2011 years are as follows: “A” program – 48 000 roubles, “B” program – 85 000 roubles, “Q” program – 24 000 roubles.

The applicants should work in non-state sector, have higher core education, experience not less than 5 years, experience of work on managing positions not less than 3 years, aged not older than 40. Knowledge of foreign language is necessary for passing study course abroad.

Studying is being conducted on the basis of higher educational institutions selected on competitive terms.

Marat Safiullin said likewise that in June-September, 2010 it is planned to hold session of German-Russian committee of program on training managing staff for organizations of national economy of Russian Federation.
