On November 27 Tatarstan President took part in XII convention of All-Russia political party “United Russia”. The second stage of convention took place in sports complex “Luzhniki”. 11 thousand participants and more than 1,1 thousand journalists gathered at the event. President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and Head of RF Government Vladimir Putin arrived together.

Agreement on cooperation between administration of Primorsky Krai and Tatarstan Republic was signed on November 26 in Vladivostok. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of Primorsky Krai Sergey Darkin put their signatures on the document. We remind Head of Tatarstan arrived in Vladivostok on November 26.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Secretary General of World organization on reciting Koran of World Islamic league by Abdulla ibn Ali Basfar and board Chairman of Council of Kuwait organization on assisting Islamic sciences sheikh Hamad Ahmad As-Sinan.

The budget bill of the Tatarstan Republic for 2012 and planned period of 2013-2014 was passed in the second reading and submitted for signature to the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on November 25.

Vagiz Mingazov was elected a member of the Federation council, representative of RT State Council. The powers of former representative of State Council in the Upper Chamber of the Russian Parliament Aleksey Pakhomov were early terminated “in connection with transfer to another job”.

XXIV session of RT State Council of the 4th convocation opened today in hall of sessions of the Parliament at 10 a.m. Presidium submitted 29 issues for consideration. The most important are: the draft law “On budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 and planned period of 2013-2014”, draft laws about making alterations in laws “On regional standards of payment of residential quarters and communal services in RT”, “On development of small and medium-size entrepreneurship in RT”, “On urban planning in RT”.

Today half a million Tatars live in Moscow. They successfully work in various economic sectors. Such statement was made by Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin at official opening ceremony of Days of the Republic of Tatarstan in Moscow.

Agreement on cooperation between Lomonosov Moscow state university and Kazan (Volga) federal university was signed on November 24 in Moscow. Rector of Lomonosov Moscow state university Viktor Sadovnichy and rector of Kazan (Volga) federal university Ilshat Gafurov put signatures on the document.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with teachers of Tatar language of Moscow and Moscow region. The meeting was held in Moscow comprehensive school with ethnic-cultural Tatar component №1186.
