The delegation includes also vice- RT prime minister RT minister of info and telecom Nikolai Nikiforov, chairman of RT Investment development agency Linar Yakupov, director of RT External relations department – aide to RT President Iskander Muflikhanov, chiefs of major RT enterprises.

From 25 to 29 September of 2011, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working visit to Singapore and Australia. From 25 to 26 September head of Tatarstan takes part in a work of the Russian-Singapore business forum -2011. This year the forum is aimed at discussing possibilities of developing traditional and new emerging markets. One of the sessions is devoted to discussing the trends in fast developing region Greater China Growth Area – this zone covers Eastern and South-Eastern Asia.
