The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in 23d session of RT State Council of the IV convocation on October 26. The Tatarstan economy minister Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and finance minister Radik Gaizatullin reported on forecasts of social and economic development for 2011 and planned period of 2013 and 2014, main characteristics of draft of the principal republican financial document.

The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Russian Deputy minister of transport Oleg Belozyorov on October 26. The meeting took place in the House of RT Government with participation of Tatarstan Minister of transport and road facilities Lenar Safin, Minister of construction, architecture, housing and communal services Irek Faizullin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

A new centre for child development constructed by the program “Belekech” opened in Naberezhnye Chelny on October 25. The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Vice-speaker of State Duma Oleg Morozov, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev, Director-general of JSC KAMAZ Sergey Kogogin congratulated children and their parents on a long-expected event.

The Republic of Tatarstan has become one of the three pilot regions in Russia to organize available environment for the disabled, the Tatarstan Minister of labour, employment and social protection Airat Shafigullin informed at a briefing in the House of RT Government. It was traditionally held in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions of the Republic and was translated on-line.

Honouring winners and laureates of the contest “Best investigator of law-enforcement agencies of the Tatarstan Republic” took place in GTRK Korston (the city of Kazan) on October 24. Tatarstan Premier Ildar Khalikov took part in the awarding ceremony. On behalf of the republican leadership and personally he thanked all winners for selfless work for the sake of the Republic.
