XXIV session of RT State Council opened

XXIV session of RT State Council of the 4th convocation opened today in hall of sessions of the Parliament at 10 a.m.

Presidium submitted 29 issues for consideration. The most important are: the draft law “On budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2012 and planned period of 2013-2014”, draft laws about making alterations in laws “On regional standards of payment of residential quarters and communal services in RT”, “On development of small and medium-size entrepreneurship in RT”, “On urban planning in RT”.

The draft law “On order of dislocating arrested vehicles to special parkings for their keeping, return, payment of costs for dislocation and keeping” being of great public interest will be considered in the first reading.

The session is held by Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, and RT Premier take part in the event.
