The Republican budget bill to be submitted for signature to the Tatarstan President
25.11.2011The budget bill of the Tatarstan Republic for 2012 and planned period of 2013-2014 was passed in the second reading and submitted for signature to the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on November 25.
267 amendments to the bill were received, mainly from the RT Cabinet. When all of them were processed, there were 178 amendments left, of which 130 were recommended for acceptance, 48 - for refusal.
“I would like to note the effectiveness of joint work of State Council deputies and the Government during preparation of the bill for the second reading”, Chairman of Committee on budget, taxes and finance Murad Gadylshin said.
All amendments to the Main financial law of Republic were divided in three parts by the relevant Committee. The first one concerns federal funds and budget income, the second – co-financing of federal programs and making assignments to the newly commissioned institutions, organization of republican events and programs. The third part includes issues regarding rearrangement of costs and amendments of editorial nature.
Thus, volume of federal funds allocated to Tatarstan implies funds for construction of emergency hospital in Kazan, grants for providing veterans of Great Patriotic War with housing.
The second part comprises costs for programs on providing housing for young families, capital construction, road construction, and assignments for maintenance of newly commissioned institutions of health care and social welfare, organization of events in the sphere of physical culture and sport.
Amendments recommended by the relevant Committee for acceptance were approved. Every amendment recommended for refusal was discussed by deputies once again.
Finally, the Main financial law of Republic was passed in the second reading.
