By the end of 2011 all disabled children will be provided with distance education, Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov stated at a video conference on results of implementing national projects “Health” and “Education” for 9 months of 2011. The session was held by Deputy chairman of RF Government Aleksandr Zhukov.

About 5 % election constituencies in Tatarstan will be equipped with electronic voting complexes, Chairman of Central election commission Anatoly Fomin informed at a briefing in RT Cabinet in format of video conference “On preparing elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation Federal Assembly of the 6th convocation in RT”.

On November 7 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants “TANECO” and enterprises “Nizhnekamskshina” and “Nizhnekamskneftehim” during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk region.

On November 6 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a feast's prayer dated to the holiday Kurban Bayram. The event was held at Kazan Mosque “Al-Mardzhani” with participation of chiefs of the Muslim religious board.

On November 5 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Sabinsky municipal region. A multi-apartment house built by the target program on resettling citizens from hazardous housing was the first object he visited. By and large 58 families will move to new houses in 2011.

On November 4 Rustam Minnikhanov was on a working trip in Tetyushsky region. Head of Republic visited Tetyushsky Tatar secondary school and met local activists. By his words, dynamics of development is observed in the region. “Programs on construction and major repair of housing, sport objects, kindergartens really change appearance of our villages”, Rustam Minnikhanov said.
