Rustam Minnikhanov presented an architectural concept for the construction of the Sedmoye Nebo residential area in Kazan

On August 11, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was presented an architectural concept for the construction of the Sedmoye Nedo (Seventh Heaven) residential area in the Sovetsky district of Kazan.

General Director of Ak Bars Development Company Marat Shagitov spoke about the territory for the construction of the residential area and the projects to develop the territory.

Project Manager of the OSA Architectural Bureau (Yekaterinburg) Aleksey Shalaev told the gathered about the comprehensive development project.

Thus, it is planned to build a complex of 44 buildings with varying number of floors, including residential, office and retail premises on an area of ​​27.7 hectares. The residential construction will include about 4,700 comfort class apartments. The construction of social infrastructure, including schools and kindergartens, is envisaged. The territory will be put into operation in a phased manner in the period 2023-2027. The tranport to get to the residential area is accessible, including a metro station nearby.

Minnikhanov appreciated the concept of construction of the Sedmoe Nebo residential area. According to him, it is necessary to use a comprehensive approach in the construction of the area, to provide for everything necessary for people to live, including social facilities and other infrastructure.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Chief Architect of Kazan Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina and other officials took part at the presentation.
