On March 10, at their meeting in Moscow, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Sector Irek Faizullin discussed the issues of development of the construction complex of the republic, the implementation of federal programmes and measures to support the construction industry.

In his address on the occasion of the celebrations of the International Women’s Day, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said:

On 7 March, speaking at a briefing at the Tatarstan Cabinet of Minister, the Director of the Institute of Development of cities of the region Nailya Zinnatullina said that seven cities and the Settlement of Sviyazhsk will take part in the All-Russia competition of small cities and can win the grant support of 675m rubles.

On March 7, Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated veteran of pedagogical work, home front worker Nuraneya Gazeeva on her 100th birthday and handed in the state award of the Republic of Tatarstan - the medal “100th anniversary of the foundation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic”, which was handed over in accordance with the Decree of the Rais of Tatarstan № 122 dated March 1, 2023 - for a significant contribution to strengthening the socio-economic potential and many years of fruitful work.

On March 7, speaking at a summing up meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture and Food held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that under current conditions, agriculture is becoming one of the key sectors of the economy, and food security is a guarantee of the country's sovereignty.

On 7 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of handing in 43 cars to employees of regional departments of agriculture and food held within the programme of a summarizing collegium of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the republic.

On March 6, Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Moscow, took part in a meeting on the issues of the implementation of the state programme of the Russian Federation «Development of the military-industrial complex» at the Kazan Aircraft Plant named after Gorbunov - branch of Tupolev Construction Bureau and further development of production facilities and implementation of state defense order.
