On 22 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko, who came to Tatarstan on a working trip, visited the Forest Selection and Seed Center in Saby region of the republic. 

The Center opened in 2013 specializes in growing planting material with the root-balled tree system and processing forests seeds with improved qualities. Its infrastructure comprises 4 greenhouses, 13 nurseries, spacing seed feeds and the complex for production, storage and processing the conifer seeds. 

On 22 September in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko, who came to Tatarstan on the previous day and got acquainted with work at a number of facilities such as biological waste treatment plants, sludge pits in Kazan and the Samosyrovo landfill under re-cultivation. 

On 21 September during her working trip to Tatarstan Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko accompanied by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin attended the Samosyrovo landfill in Kazan, where she got acquainted with work done on the landfill re-cultivation.

On 21 September, upon her arrival on a working visit to Kazan, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko was met by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials in the Kazan International Airport.
