Dmitriy Chernyshenko and Rustam Minnikhanov visit the Bashir Rameev IT park

On February 10, the Deputy Head of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov visited the Bashir Rameev IT park and assessed the readiness of the facility for the Games of the Future.

From February 21 to March 3, the Bashir Rameev IT Park will become one of the venues for the first ever championship in the phygital format. Sports programming competitions, as well as the main competitions and super finals of the World of Tanks and Speedrun disciplines will be held here. Chernyshenko and Minnikhanov also greeted the participants of the children's robotics festival “RoboSabantuy-2024”. The event is funded from the Presidential Grants Fund; the Ministry of Digitalization and the Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan are also actively involved in organizing the Festival. This is the fifth anniversary festival; 3 years ago, “RoboSabantuy” gave start to the development of a children’s IT park.
