Rustam Minnikhanov hands over “Duslyk” order to Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov

On December 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the state award of the Republic of Tatarstan - “Duslyk” order to Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov for his contribution to organization of the 16th FINA World Championship in Kazan.

The orders were also given to Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov, and Head of Kazan municipality Ilsur Metshin.
