On September 30, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic Shamil Gafarov and Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin got acquainted with the construction progress of the facilities of the Kazan EXPO International Exhibition Centre.

On September 29, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of heads of ministries and agencies, municipalities and major enterprises of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the current year, as many as 1 650 500 square meters, which makes 70 per cent of the plan for 2018, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

On September 29, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, heads of ministries and agencies, heads of municipalities and major enterprises of the republic, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin instructed that all social facilities of Tatarstan should receive heat until October 1.

On September 28, Meeting of Tatarstan Government  Commission for road safety with participation of Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Shamil Gafarov, Deputy Minister of Transport and Roads of the republic Artem Chukin and Chief State Road Safety Inspector of the republic Lenar Gabdurakhmanov was held in Leninogorsk.

On September 28, during his working visit to China, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Head of Investment Development Agency of the republic Taliya Minullina, Director General of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone Timur Shagivaleev and Head of the Administrative Commission of the TEDA Zheng Weiming visited Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA). TEDA was established in 1984 and became the largest and one of the most successful free economic zones in China. Today, the area includes 10 industrial parks with 19,000 resident companies registered, with a total investment volume of over 110 billion US dollars.

On September 28, during a working visit of Tatarstan delegation to the Chinese city of Yantai, at a meeting of President of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov with Head of Wanhua Chemical Company Zengtai Liao, the parties discussed prospects for the development of cooperation between Tatarstan and the Chinese Wanhua Chemical Company.

On September 28, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Consul General of Kazakhstan in Kazan Yerkin Tukumov discussed promising areas of cooperation.

On September 27, during his working visit to the city of Qingdao (China), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with senior managers of the Haier Company and visited one of the “smart” plants of the Chinese manufacturer of household appliances.
