On 1 March Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening a multifunctional KRAVT HOTEL KAZAN AIRPORT complex located by the International Airport Kazan and the Kazan-Expo Exhibition Center.

On 1 March Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of laying the corner stone of the new perinatal center in the premises of the maternity house of the city clinical hospital 7 in Kazan. 

On February 28, in Kazan, Tatarstan Government and the Foundation for Support of Research and Project Activities of students, postgraduates and young scientists “National intellectual development” (Innopraktika brand) signed a cooperation agreement aimed at the economic development of the region and the promotion of technology transfer.

The parties plan to cooperate on creating conditions for the development of an innovative infrastructure in the region, the development of human capital and the introduction of Russian competitive technologies in the agro-industrial complex of Tatarstan.

Speaking at a meeting held in the Government House of the republic about results of work of regional small oil companies  in 2021, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who presided the meeting, said that  524.tonnes of oil were produced in Russia last year which was by 2.2 per cent more than during the previous year.

On 20 February a number of innovative projects were reviewed at the regular meeting of the Board of directors of the Tatneftekhiminvest holding held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic.

On 28 February at its regular meeting presided by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic, the Board of Directors of the Tatneft Oil Company discussed results of the implementation of the company’s budget in January 2022 and approved the budget for March 2022.

On February 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utility Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin, Head of the Volga Department of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia Azat Mubarakshin and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the section of the second line of the Kazan metro at the intersection of Lomzhinskaya and Fuchik streets under construction.

On February 26, speaking at the videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that in 2022, Tatarstan will continue to implement regional programmes, state programmes and national projects in the area of construction. 

On 25 February, speaking at the XIII meeting of the City Council of the Naberezhnyye Chelny municipality, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that in the list of municipalities the city ranks second in the amount of construction and shipped products, third in the GRP and forth in the amount of produced goods shipments.

On 25 February Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who went on a working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny to take part in a meeting of the City Council of the Naberezhnyye Chelny municipality on the results of 2021 and tasks for 2022, got acquainted with an exhibition of produce of Naberezhnyye Chelny enterprises and organizations.
