Rustam Minnikhanov pays a working visit to Leninogorsk municipal region

On May 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Leninogorsk municipal region to get acquainted with the spring sowing campaign, visit a number of agricultural enterprises and meet heads of farms, investors and heads of settlements of the region.

Upon arrival, Minnikhanov accompanied by the head of the region Ryagat Khusainov and Tatarstan Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov, visited Victoria greenhouse complex, which has been operating since 2019.

This complex grows cucumbers and tomatoes. It has mastered the production of greens (green onions), the flower seedlings, fruit trees, shrubs and strawberries.

The enterprise established a consumer cooperative and produces its own canned products. Tatarstan President was informed about plans to develop the enterprise. In particular, it is necessary to construct an overhead power line for the organization of a full cycle and year-round operation. Minnikhanov instructed to work out options for assisting the enterprise for its further development.
