On October 31, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President, Chairman of the Board of Tatneft Oil Company Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of the Company.

The largest in Russia forum on digital transformation in education, business and public administration will bring together experts from Yandex, Higher School of Economics National Research University, the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Skoltech, ITMO University, Russian Railways, Gazprom oil, Norilsky nickel, VK, «Mobile Electronic Education, Laboratories of Kaspersky and specialized federal ministries. 

On October 31, speaking at the meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan fulfilled the task of Russian Ministry of Defense on the partial mobilization of citizens.

Speaking at a regional videoconference meeting in the Government house of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, the regional Minister of Land and Property Relations Fanil Agliullin has reported about implementation of the budget, particularly of revenues from operations of state and municipal property and decreasing debts in land and property rent payments.

Speaking at a regional videoconference meeting in the Government house of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Sector of the republic Aleksey Frolov has reported about implementation of social facilities capital overhaul programmes in the republic.

On 28 October at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, who is also the Chairman of the Council of Trustees of the Regional Revival Fund and the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, and the Director of the Department in Humanitarian Cooperation and Human Rights of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rinat Alyautdinov discussed certain issues of cooperation in the spheres of culture, education and historical heritage.

On October 27, residents of the city of Innopolis, as well as employees of Atomdata-Innopolis, a subsidiary of the Rosenergoatom concern (part of the electric power division of the Rosatom State Corporation), planted 63 coniferous trees and 50 shrubs. The total area planted was 3,700 square meters.

On October 26, Innopolis started the All-Russian Championship “Digital Breakthrough. Season: Artificial Intelligence”, one of the projects of the Presidential Platform “Russia is a Land of Opportunities”, where during a month of online training the strongest programmers will create working solutions for Innopolis University, Sheremetyevo International Airport, the Russian Post and compete for the prize fund of 3 million roubles.

On 25 October, speaking at a briefing in the Government house of the republic, the Head of the Russian Pension Fund Department in Tatarstan Eduard Vafin informed that a discriminative approach will be used for defining the universal allowance amount in 2023, which will depend on the per capita income of a family.

Following a meeting of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Supervisory Board held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the regional Cabinet of Ministers on 17 October, Transnational Power Company Gazprom VNIIGAS has become a partner of the SEZ and is planning to establish a center of competences for interaction with scientific organizations and IT companies of Tatarstan.
