On October 20, at the Saydashev State Big Concert Hall, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov read the Address to the State Council of the republic, which was devoted to the internal and external situation of the republic.

In connection with the high social significance, a live television and radio broadcast of the 35th meeting of the State Council was organized. An online broadcast of the meeting was available at the official website of the State Council and on the social network VKontakte.

On 19 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all agricultural workers with their professional holiday – the Day of Workers of Agriculture and the Processing industry.

The celebrations were organized at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center with representatives of agribusiness teams from all over the republic taking part in them. Addressing the participants, Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that these are all those who work to provide fresh bread, milk, meat and vegetables for our tables.

On 19 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Metropolitan of Kazan and Tatarstan Cyril, the Head of the President’s Office Asgat Safarov, regional Minister of Your Affairs Timur Suleymanov visited the Center of Spiritual and Creative development of the Serafim Saravskiy Church parish in Kazan, which is located in the annex of a living multi-apartment house and has a creative studio, computer class, household studies class, media class and a pottery.

On 19 October at their meeting in the Government house of the republic in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Sergey Gotye, who is the Director of the National Medical Research Center of Transplantation and Artificial Organs and the Chief Transplant Surgeon of Russian Health Ministry, discussed important issues of further cooperation in healthcare and the development of a number of scientific spheres.

On October 18, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the new Consul General of the People's Republic of China to Kazan Xiang Bo.

On 17 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by developers and members of the interdepartmental commissions in city-building in historical settlements visited construction sites in the historical center of Kazan. All new construction projects were already considered before and the commission decided to reconsider them by going on sites. As a result of the tour the commission approved five projects and gave an errand to canvass two others.
 

As a result of a meeting of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Supervisory Board held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the regional Cabinet of Ministers on 17 October, 4 new residents and 6 partners joined the SEZ with the plan to invest 389.1m roubles and to create 153 jobs in total.

On 17 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Director General of the Tatenergo Power Generating Company Rauzil Khaziyev visited the boiler plant “Azino” which was launched in 1987 for heat supply of Azino district of Kazan. Due to further growth of heat load the second boiler was commissioned in 1994 and in 2022 the plant is commissioning the third boiler.

On 16 October in her congratulatory address on the occasion of The Father’s Day, Tatarstan Vice-Prime Minister Leyla Fazleyeva said: “Dear Fathers! On behalf of the Government of the republic and from me personally I congratulate you with the Father’s Day.

On October 15, speaking at the meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov informed that the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic signed a Decree on a one-time payment of 20 thousand roubles to minor children of mobilized citizens of the republic.
