Rustam Minnikhanov made a speech in front of participants of the second Russian technological tour. We remind that Kazan is among 3 Russian cities which participants of Russian technological tour are planning to visit this week (Moscow – September,22, Kazan – September,24, Tomsk - September,25).

Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting with President of JSC “Tupolev” Aleksandr Bobryshev and chief designer Igor Shevchuk in RT government house. In the course of conversation parties discussed possibility of increasing the number of orders for JSC “Gorbunov Kazan aviation production association” in long-term perspective.

RT Minister of culture Zilya Valeeva told at the briefing in RT Cabinet about preparation and holding of the Fifth International Muslim film festival “Golden Minbar”. The festival starts on September, 30 and is over on October,4.

The meeting on issues of preparing and holding All-Russian sport forum “Russia-sports power” in Kazan on October, 22-25 was held in RT Cabinet. It was chaired by deputy chief of RF President Management on providing RF State Council activity, secretary to Council under RF President on development of physical culture and sports Aleksey Kulakovsky.

About 2,4 billion rbls are expected as a whole to be channeled in 2009 for realizing the priority national project "Health" in Tatarstan. A national project will be implemented over the republic in 16 directions. RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov informed on this during the today’s RT Cabinet session on issues of implementation a priority national project "Health" in Tatarstan and the prospects of developing hi-tech medical aid.

President – Chairman of Sberbank Rossii management German Gref appeared as a moderator of event. The project “Social card of Astrakhan region” which has been implementing since April 2009 by Sberbank Rossii, RF Pension Fund and Government of Astrakhan region was presented at “round table”.

Tatarstan delegation headed by RT Prime Minister R.N.Minnikhanov took part in solemn opening of the VIII International investment forum “Sochi-2009”. Co-chairmen of organization committee – Deputy chairman of Russian government Dmitry Kozak, Minister of economic development of Russia Elvira Nabiullina and Governor of Krasnodar region Aleksandr Tkachev addressed to participants of the forum with welcoming speech.

Delegations from 30 countries arrived in Sochi to take part in the VIII International investment forum “Sochi-2009”. Tatarstan exposition consists of the following subject blocks: “Electronic Tatarstan” (Electronic government, Electronic trade information system), “Oil-gas-chemical cluster”, “Building and transport”, “Agriculture”, “IT”, “Special economic zone “Alabuga”, “Nanotechnologies”, “Universiade-2013”.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting in the RT Cabinet on issues of implementation of local budgets in 2009 and optimization work under conditions of "falling" income. All municipal regions took part in videoconference meeting.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Russian shooting union, President of European shooting confederation Vladimir Lisin discussed perspectives of developing shooting sport in Tatarstan. The meeting was held in the House of RT government.
