A solemn delivery of an inhabited part of administrative-household complex of OMON of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RТ. took part on the Gubkin street. Prime minister of Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, chief of the Center of management on activity of special divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, lieutenant general of militia Vladimir Gorshukov, minister of internal affairs of Republic Tatarstan Asgat Safarov, also staff, their families and militia veterans took part in an opening ceremony.

Chief of RT Committee on tariffs Marina Fairushina told about changes in tariffs for gas, heat power, water disposal and water supply at a briefing in RT Cabinet. She reminded that tariffs are regulated at federal and republican levels; the concrete tariffs are determined by controlling bodies of municipal formations.

First Deputy Chairman of RF Government Igor Shuvalov said at a meeting in an extended composition of the RT Cabinet that this year has been rather successful for Tatarstan, notwithstanding economic crisis. The session was devoted to anti-crisis measures realized in republic, holding major repairs in multi-family houses (FZ № 185 “On Fund of assistance to housing and communal reforms”) and implementation of national he project “Available and comfort housing to Russian citizens”.

RT Federation of labour unions, RT Coordination Council of employers associations and RT Cabinet signed republican agreement for 2010 in RT House of government.

The strategy of RT forestry developing for the period up to 2018 was considered at a video conference session of RT Cabinet. It was chaired by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all municipal regions of republic. Head of Federal forest agency Aleksey Savinov took part in the session. On December 21, six sport objects for Universiade-2013 are to be commissioned within frameworks of summing-up the Year of sports and healthy way of life in Tatarstan. RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting on issues of developing techno polis “Khimgrad” (Kazan) at the RT House of Government. By words of Director General of JSC “Managing Company“ Idea capital” Albert Karimov new residents are entering techno-polis, regular negotiations with international companies are being held.
