Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov: it is necessary to control activity of self-regulated organizations of arbitration managers

Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov suggested paying special attention to activity of self-regulated organizations of arbitration managers in RT at enlarged session of board session of Management of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography on RT.

We remind that the session was held in new membership for the first time after integration of Federal agency of property objects cadastre management on RT and Federal registration service management on RT.

By words of deputy chief of Management of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography on RT Gulnara Abdrakhmanova the number of people addressed to subdivisions of Federal registration service management on RT made 1,78 mln. people, 16 % more than in 2008.

Smash decrease of mortgage registration actions were characteristic of 2009. It made 41 % in republic and 70 % in Kazan. Number of applications and complaints for actions of arbitration managers increased for 17% in 2009.

RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov suggested taking special control over activity of self-regulated organizations of arbitration managers in RT.

Later Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that it’s essential to continue working on returning unused lands of agricultural purpose in turnover.

Having sum up the activity of departments in 2009 Rustam Minnikhanov said he was glad that had no serious problems in a process of merging between the Federal agency of property objects cadastre management on RT and the Federal registration service management on RT. At large, he assessed the work of departments positively.

Among the tasks for next year PM pointed out further introduction and use of information systems, unification of existed data. Besides, he reminded that today providing state e-services for population is the task of federal level.
