On February 15, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held some meetings and business talks during the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.

On February 15, on the sidelines of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the signing of a quadripartite agreement between Tatarstan, Moscow and Saratov regions and Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation on establishing an inter-regional industrial cluster "Composites without Borders".

On February 15, in Sochi, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev visited the exhibition at the Russian Investment Forum. Being a unique platform for promoting and developing projects being in the investment and operational stage of the implementation, the exhibition includes promising investment projects of federal and regional significance.

On February 15, at their meeting on the sidelines of the Russian Investment Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Board of Directors of the Chelyabinsk Tube-Rolling Plant Andrey Komarov discussed issues related to cooperation in a number of joint projects.

On February 15, on the sidelines of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) and  Independent Noncommercial Organization “Agency for Strategic Initiatives” singed a memorandum on cooperation.

On February 15, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Sochi to take part in the Russian Investment Forum “Sochi-2018”, presented the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan to meet the requirements of the economy of the Russian Federation in qualified specialists in the field of industrial management on the example of the project “Corporate University of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone” at today’s session of the Forum.

On February 14, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the opening of the All-Russian Competitions for the Cup of the Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, the drawing of the Cup of the Prime Minister of the republic and the Championship of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Cup of the All-Russian Central Council on fire-applied sport.

On February 14, at the team’s training centre of the club in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with the coaching staff, players and staff of Ak Bars Hockey Club. Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport of the republic Vladimir Leonov, President of Ak Bars Ice Hockey Club, Director General of Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov, Director of Tatneft - Ak Bars sports-business enterprise Shamil Khusnutdinov, General Manager of Ak Bars Hockey Club Rafik Yakubov took part in the meeting.
