Rustam Minnikhanov expresses his condolences to Governor of Kemerovo region Aman Tuleev

On March 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov  expressed his condolences to Governor of Kemerovo region Aman Tuleev over the tragedy in the shopping centre in Kemerovo.

“News of the terrible tragedy that occurred in the shopping centre in Kemerovo yesterday has touched our hearts.

Terrible news of the death of many people, children, did not leave indifferent anyone of Tatarstan citizen,” the condolence text reads. “Together with  Kemerovo citizens, with the whole country, we mourn the hardest, untimely deaths, kids and schoolchildren, whose life was cut short at the very beginning, those who lost in that fire a part of their soul - the most dear and loved people.

We ask you to convey our sincere, deep condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wishes of quick recovery to those who have survived after the tragedy.
