On November 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in the Republic of Dagestan to take part in the fourth meeting of the Russia-Islamic World Strategic Vision Group, was met by Head of the Republic of Dagestan Vladimir Vasilyev and Chairman of the Government of Dagestan Artem Zdunov at the Makhachkala Airport.

On November 10, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss and other officials took part in the torch relay of the 29th Winter Student Games to be held in Krasnoyarsk in 2019. As many as 24 torchbearers, including public figures, sports and education activists, young people and honoured cultural figures carried the torch along the central streets of the capital of Tatarstan.

On November 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss, who arrived in Kazan to take part in the torch relay of the 29th Winter Universiade to be held in Krasnoyarsk in 2019.
