Rustam Minnikhanov hands in the Duslyk Order to Academic Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vitaly Naumkin

On December 25, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the Duslyk Order to Academic Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vitaly Naumkin for a significant contribution to the implementation of joint educational, scientific, historical and cultural projects.

“We have always relied on your knowledge and support. I hope our ties will continue to grow stronger,” Minnikhanov said.

Naumkin added that the Institute is always ready to cooperate with educational institutions of Tatarstan, in particular, the Kazan Federal University and the Bolgar Islamic Academy.

Naumkin also handed over the books published by the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
