On 21 February in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Vice-Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Chen U, who heads a delegation from China that arrived to Kazan by an invitation from Russia to take part in the events of the Games of the Future. 

On 21 February in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.

Welcoming his guest, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked him for his visit to the republic and for taking part in the opening ceremony of International Multi-sports Tournament “the Games of the Future”. “This is the first format in the world combining both physical sports and cyber-sport disciplines. And it is pleasant that it was invented by us in Russia,” he said and informed that more than 2 thousand athletes from more than 100 countries are taking part in the event.

On February 21, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the President of the Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina) Milorad Dodik, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to visit a number of scientific and educational institutions, historical and architectural monuments under the International Multi-sports Tournament “The Games of the Future”.

On February 21, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in the events of “The Games of the Future”, was met by the Deputy Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, at the Kazan International airport.

On February 21, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who arrived in Kazan to take part in the opening ceremony of “The Games of the Future” at the invitation of the country’s leadership, was met by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin at the Kazan International airport.

On February 21, during his visit to Kazan, Russian President Vladimir Putin accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, Defence Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Russian Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, the Director General of the Rostec State Corporation Sergey Chemezov and

Director General of United Aircraft Corporation Yury Slyusar visited the Gorbunov Kazan Aircraft Plant.

On 21 February in the Kazan Kremlin the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the President of Belarus Alyaksandr Lukashenka who arrived to Kazan to take part in the opening ceremony of the Games of the Future.

The President of Belarus made an entry in the distinguished visitors’ book and gave Rustam Minnikhanov a gold pen “to use it when singing the best solutions”.

On 21 February President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev came to Kazan, where, upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport he was welcomed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Head of the Office of the Rais of the republic Asgat Safarov. 

On 21 February, upon his arrival on a working trip to Kazan, Russian President Vladimir Putin was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Russian Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov.

On 21 February the President of Belarus Alyaksandr Lukashenka came to Kazan, where, upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport he was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, regional Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin and other officials.
