On October 6, during the 2nd International conference "Productivity and lean production" Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a working meeting with founder and managing partner of «Indigo Capital Partners» Peotr Zhukov and President of "Cognitive technologies" group Olga Uskova.

On October 6, during his working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the exhibition of enterprises implementing lean production technologies at OJSC KAMAZ.

On October 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in the town of Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, to take part in the 2nd International conference "Lean production. Performance increase and cost reduction" that will be held at OJSC KAMAZ.

On October 5, during his working trip to Japan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited RIKEN engineering center. RIKEN is a large research institute in Japan that was founded in 1917. It is currently an independent scientific organization that unites 3, 000 scientists from different countries around the world. They work at 18 institutes and centers located in 9 campuses.

On October 5, the act about completion of guarantee tests of OAO “Ammoni” complex was handed over to Tatarstan President in Tokyo during his working meeting with leadership of construction companies.

On October 5, during his working trip to Japan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a session of Russian-Japanese Advisory Council chaired by Russian Vice-premier Arkady Dvorkovich and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Russia Tikahito Harada. Members of governments of two countries that coordinate main issues under discussion took part in the session.

On October 5, during his working trip to Japan (October 4-5), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Special advisor to Prime Minister of Japan Eiichi Hasegawa. 

On October 4, during his working trip to Kyoto (Japan), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with CEO of Yokogawa Electric Corporation Takashi Nishijima. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that Yokogawa electric is a long-time reliable partner of the republic in the sphere of automated management systems. He highly estimated the company’s initiative on organization of work with regional universities.

On October 4, during his working trip to Japan to take part in the international forum Science and Technology in Society held in Kyoto, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with President and Director General of Toshiba Corporation Masashi Muromachi.
