Rustam Minnikhanov expresses his condolences in connection with a series of terrorist attacks in Paris

On November 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic in the Russian Federation Mr. Jean Maurice Ripert a telegram with words of condolence in connection with a series of terrorist attacks in Paris (France).

"Dear Mr. Ambassador!

On behalf of Tatarstan citizens and me personally I express my deepest condolences to the people of France in connection with a series of terrorist acts that killed many people.

This cruel crime, which causes pain and horrifies, deserves social condemnation. Jointing constructive efforts of all humanist forces of the human society is the only way to confront such atrocities. We sincerely share the pain of loss with the relatives of the victims of the tragedy, mourn together with the people of France, we wish them all courage and strength during this difficult time,” the telegram says in particular.
