On November 3, at his meeting with ROCKWOOL International Jens Birgersson, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the plant opened in Alabuga Specialized Economic Zone in April 2012, is an innovative, successful project and fits well into the energy-saving strategy implemented in the republic.

On November 3, during his working trip to Havana, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the opening ceremony of Havana International Fair FIHAV 2015 that is being held at ExpoCuba. This year the total area of exhibition stands is more than 2, 000 square metres, and about 150, 000 people are expected to visit the fair.

On November 2, during his working trip to Havana, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov discussed issues of cooperation between Cuba and Tatarstan with Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers (Cuba) Ricardo Cabrisas.

On November 2, speaking at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax agencies on the results of execution of Tatarstan consolidated budget for nine months of 2015 and tasks till the end of the current year  Tatarstan Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin said that regional consolidated budget received 179.1 billion roubles, including 154.2 billion roubles of tax and non-tax revenues and 24.9 billion roubles of gratuitous receipts.

On October 30, within the framework of Days of Moscow in Tatarstan, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov met with the official delegation from Moscow headed by Chairman of Moscow City Duma Aleksei Shaposhnikov.

On October 29, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House,  Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Deputy Finance Minister of the Russian Federation Alexey Moiseev discussed the situation in the banking sector under current economic and political conditions.

On October 28, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in signing of a number of agreements with OAO “Russian Venture Company” and Fund for the Promotion of the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere during IV Moscow international forum “Open innovations” in Moscow.
