The greeting of  Russian President Vladimir Putin to the participants of the meeting of the Russia-Islamic World Strategic Vision Group, held in the capital of the Republic of Dagestan in the city of Makhachkala.

On November 12, immediately upon his arrival in Makhachkala, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had an official meeting with Head of the Republic of Dagestan Vladimir Vasilyev, during which current issues of interregional cooperation were discussed.

On November 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in the Republic of Dagestan to take part in the fourth meeting of the Russia-Islamic World Strategic Vision Group, was met by Head of the Republic of Dagestan Vladimir Vasilyev and Chairman of the Government of Dagestan Artem Zdunov at the Makhachkala Airport.

On November 10, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss and other officials took part in the torch relay of the 29th Winter Student Games to be held in Krasnoyarsk in 2019. As many as 24 torchbearers, including public figures, sports and education activists, young people and honoured cultural figures carried the torch along the central streets of the capital of Tatarstan.

On November 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss, who arrived in Kazan to take part in the torch relay of the 29th Winter Universiade to be held in Krasnoyarsk in 2019.

On November 10, at their meeting in the Governor's Palace of the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head coach of Russian team, vice-president of the Federation of synchronized swimming of Russia Tatyana Pokrovskaya discussed the issues of development of sports in the region and the experience of Tatarstan in holding international sports events.

On November 10, at the Governor's Palace of the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in a state award of the Russian Federation – the Order of Honour to Director General of TAIF Production and Investment Company of Tatarstan Albert Shigabutdinov.

On November 9, at the Russia - Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum with participation of heads of states held in Petropavlovsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov reported Russian President Vladimir Putin on the development of the tourism industry of the republic.

The main topic of the forum is new approaches and trends in the development of tourism in Russia and Kazakhstan.

On November 9, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Uss, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in a ceremony of handing over the Universiade Torch to the other city-participant of the torch relay, was met by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.

On November 9, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and President of Siemens in Russia Alexander Liberov discussed prospects for further cooperation.
