On October 29, in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting on implementation of national projects in Tatarstan and attraction additional federal funds in the areas of activity.

On October 27, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as of October 26, 2018, as many as 1,852,100 square meters of housing, which makes 77.1 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

On October 26, at the Tatneft Arena in Kazan, speaking at the opening ceremony of the Reloading 2.0 Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that one of the main tasks in the development of small and medium-sized businesses is to change the attitude of the authorities towards entrepreneurship.

On October 25, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with a delegation pf the Malaysian PEMANDU Company. PEMANDU (Performance Management and Delivery Unit) was established in 2009 to restore the economy of Malaysia. In 2017, after solving all the tasks set by the government of the country, PEMANDU was privatized. Today, the company is engaged in consulting other countries, including Russia, in the field of developing methods of strategic state management. It has experience in working with Sberbank of Russia, the Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor), the Russian Export Centre and other large Russian organizations.
