On November 29, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin held a meeting of the Council regulating the sale of alcohol and alcohol-containing products in the republic which discussed results for nine months of the current year.

On November 28, Acting Governor of the Astrakhan region Sergey Morozov, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan, was met by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials at the Kazan International Airport.

On November 28, at their meeting in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Vitaly Mutko discussed issues related to the socio-economic development of the region, preliminary results of the construction industry in 2018 and plans for next year. They also talked about the implementation of a number of construction projects and shared-equity construction.

On November 27, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company, to sum up the results of the company's financial and economic activities for nine months of the current year.
