On February 25, Acting Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin paid a working visit to Cheremshan municipal region to take part in a summing up meeting of the local Council on the results of social and economic development of the region in 2018 and tasks for 2019.

On February 23, at the Government House of the republic, speaking at a videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Acting Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, Minister of Agriculture of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov reported on labour protection at agro-industrial enterprises and supervision of technical condition and safe operation of agricultural machinery.

On February 23, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Acting Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of February 22, 2019, as many as 355,900 square meters of housing, which makes 13.3 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

On February 22, Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan to take part in a meeting on planned output and exports of argo-industrial products, accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Aleksey Kuzmitsky visited the exhibition of products of agro-industrial enterprises of Tatarstan.

On February 22, at a solemn ceremony in the capital of Tatarstan with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and State Counsellor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia Valery Gerasimov handed in the Order of Zhukov to the Kazan Higher Tank Command School.

On February 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed the decree № UP-141 to release Albina Shavaleeva from the post of the Head of the Civil Registry Department under the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan due to a transfer to another job.

On February 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed the decree № UP-142 to appoint Gulshat Nigmatullina the Head of the Civil Registry Department under the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan.
