On June 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Tatarstan Minister of Sport Vladimir Leonov, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leila Fazleeva and CEO of Directorate for Sports and Social Projects Azat Kadyrov visited Kazan Family Centre, which became the main venue for watching the Red Bull Air Race, the next stage of the world championship in the air race, held over the water area of Kazanka river on June 15-16.

On June 14, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Board Chairman of Polimeks Company Erol Tabanca discussed the implementation of investment projects of the Turkish company in the republic and considered prospects for further cooperation.

On June 14, at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary meeting of the 10th All Russia Forum of Tatar Religious Figures.

On June 13, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met CEO of Falk Beratung GmbH Dr. Thomas Falk. A representative of Atlas Copco, a company manufacturing industrial equipment, also took part in the meeting.

On June 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Rafis Burganov and Tatarstan Minister of Health Marat Sadykov, Rector of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University Ilshat Gafurov and representatives of a number of ministries and agencies visited a number of facilities of the Kazan Federal University and got acquainted with the progress of overhaul in the facilities of the university and plans for the construction of new facilities.

On June 13, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Russia Botirjon Asadov, who arrived in the republic to take part in the opening ceremony of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kazan.

On June 12, at the Pyramida Entertainment Complex in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and State Counsellor of the republic, the Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation Mintimer Shaimiev took part in a solemn event on the occasion of the Russia Day.

On June 11, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina said that Tatarstan signed 31 agreements at the total amount of 75 billion roubles at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

On June 11, speaking at a briefing at the Government House of the republic, Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Albert Karimov told reporters that a representative office of Tatarstan is to open in Leipzig (Germany) until autumn.
