The preparations for the 100th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic bring a special mood to the public life. The way Tatarstan has passed shows that the unity of people in the name of clear and bright goals, their creative work create the conditions for the steady growth of the economy, improving living standards, preserving and enhancing the rich cultural heritage - the most important basis for the spiritual life of society.

On August 29, at the Kazan International Airport, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov met Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to take part in celebrations as part of the Day of the Republic.

On August 29, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited a new Zambezi River Zoo. The construction of the facility was completed, but animals will be placed in pavilions in a few weeks.

On August 28, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in keys to new ambulances and mobile medical complexes to Tatarstan doctors. In total, 187 vehicles will be handed over this year.
