Rustam Minnikhanov and Vice President of Huawei Company Amy Lin discuss issues of cooperation in information and communication technologies

On November 27, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Vice President of Huawei Company Amy Lin discussed cooperation issues in information and communication technologies.

Today, Tatarstan is actively interacting with the Huawei in a number of areas, namely, contracts on project cooperation were signed with such universities as Innopolis University, Kazan Federal University and Kazan National Research Technical University named after Tupolev – Kazan Aviation Institute.

Minnikhanov emphasized that Tatarstan is actively cooperating with Chinese partners and expressed confidence that this visit of Lin to the republic will further strengthen cooperation.

During her current visit to Kazan, Vice President visited the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance of Kazan Federal University took part in the forum on digital transformation and also held a number of meetings, namely, with the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, with Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Khairullin and others.
