RT Minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov told at briefing in the RT Cabinet that according to data for August, 4, 1 million 172 thousand tones of grain have been milled in republic. Average crop capacity makes 25 % per hectare. Marat Akhmetov said that this year we will hardly see the increase of crop capacity. He also informed about the rates in municipal regions. Thus, in Aktanyshsky, Arsksky, Buinsksky, Tetyushsky, Kukmorsky, Spassky and Pestrechinsky regions crop capacity makes 32-36 centners per hectare. In Novosheshminsky, Leninogorsky, Aksubaevsky, Cheremshansky, Chistopolsky - 13-17 centners per hectare.

According to data for August,3 416,1 thousand hectares of harvesting areas (25,1 % of forecasted number) have been milled in republic. All municipal regions of republic are busy with harvesting of grain and leguminous plants. Management of agricultural complex, land relations and consumer market under the RT Cabinet informed that 1 mln. 28,4 thousand tones of grain have been milled in republic.

Head of RT government Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting in the RT Cabinet where participants discussed representatives of which structures will enter into commission and how to increase effectiveness of using bankrupt procedure. First vice-premier of RT government Ravil Muratov, RT Ministry of economy Marat Safiullin, RT Ministry of industry and trade Ravil Zaripov, Head of federal tax service management in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin, Head of RT Association of enterprises and entrepreneurs Aleksandr Lavrentyev and others took part in the meeting.

The session of «round table» with participation of executive committees’ chiefs of municipal regions and city districts of the Republic Tatarstan was held today by First vice-premier of RT Government Ravil Muratov. The session took place in KRK «Korston» (Kazan), together with presidium of municipal formations council of RT, and it was devoted to performance of actions on implementing assignments given by RT President in sphere of budgetary and financial policy in Tatarstan for 2010-2012.

Presentation of their opportunities was held for Prime Minister of Republic Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by the representatives of Japanese corporation EBARA. Corporation EBARA is the largest producer of pump equipment for industrial and household sector and has been operating in the world market since 1912. Today, EBARA enters ten companies - the largest manufacturers of pumps in the world and produces more 90 thousand pumps a year. The sales volume of the company's output in 2008 exceeded 4 billion US dollars. The personnel totals more than 50 thousand people worldwide (more than 70 countries).

Today the session of Tatneft Board of directors of the company took place in Almetyevsk (Tatarstan) under presidency of the Prime Minister of Republic Tatarstan - chairman of Tatneft Board of directors Rustam Minnikhanov. The board of directors examined results of budget performance of " Tatneft " for the first half-year, approved the budget for August of current year and brought a number of changes in budgetary management in JSC " Tatneft ".

32 719 people took part in the past unified state exam in 2009. The exam was held as planned on 13 subjects: Russian language, mathematics, literature, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, history, social science, foreign languages (English, German, French), informatics and information communicative technologies. Such information was given by Minister of education and science of Republic Tatarstan Albert Gilmutdinov at briefing in the RT Cabinet. He also added that unified state exam was also held in Tatar language and Tatar literature (national-regional component).

About 153 million rbl. is needed to solve the problem of computerization of a library network of Republic Tatarstan and to provide access of libraries to the Internet in the shortest terms. RT Minister of culture Zilya Valeeva informed during the session of RT Cabinet Presidium. The session was devoted to considering the Program of library services development in the Republic Tatarstan for period 2010-2014 and in the long term up to 2020.

In November, the project of complex program of nanoindustry development in Tatarstan for 2009-2013 is planned to be submitted for consideration and approval by Tatarstan government. RT First Deputy Prime Minister Boris Pavlov informed at the joint session of Republican interdepartmental commission on interaction with federal state power bodies of Russian Federation on realization of projects and programs of Republic Tatarstan and Interdepartmental working group on financing nanoindustrial projects of Tatarstan.

Training of ministers from Tatarstan in Institute of state service named after Li Kuan Yu (Singapore) should result in increasing effectiveness of administration in state power bodies, adoption of new standards, initiating ideas in many sectors of health care, social policy and state housing construction.
