More than 1 million tones of grain milled in Tatarstan

According to data for August,3 416,1 thousand hectares of harvesting areas (25,1 % of forecasted number) have been milled in republic. All municipal regions of republic are busy with harvesting of grain and leguminous plants. Management of agricultural complex, land relations and consumer market under the RT Cabinet informed that 1 mln. 28,4 thousand tones of grain have been milled in republic.

The largest output was provided by Nurlat municipal region – 70,0 thousand tones, Alkeevsky – 49,9 thousand tones; Alekseevsky – 45,3 thousand tones; Buinsky – 45,1 thousand tones; Menzelinsky – 44,9 thousand tones.
