On October 29, at a meeting held by Acting Tatarstan President Ildar Khalikov at Tatarstan Government House it was reported that Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 1,363 inspections in the field of labour protection since the beginning of the year. As a result, 440 resolutions for a total amount of 16 mln 630 thousand roubles have been issued. 

On October 28, Acting Tatarstan President Ildar Khalikov handed in awards to winners of the first professional contest «Tatarstan Top Hotels Awards» and «Tatarstan Top Restaurants Awards» at Riviera Hotel and Entertainment Complex in Kazan.

On October 28, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of Trustees Board of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev met former Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Ekmeleddin İhsanoğlu.

On October 25, at a briefing at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Albert Karimov told about the tram modernization enterprise that is to be created in Naberezhnye Chelny (Tatarstan).

On October 24, Acting Tatarstan President Ildar Khalikov held a Board session of AO “Tatspirtprom” at Kazan distillery. Before the session members of the Board looked around the enterprise.

On October 24, Acting Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in an extraordinary meeting of Ministry of Health of the republic at the Kazan Educational Center of Advance Medical Technologies. 

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a regular leave from October 22-31, 2016. 

In accordance with Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov will fulfill duties of Tatarstan President during this period.

On October 21, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin took part in a meeting chaired by Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich on implementation of measures aimed at developing real sector of economy and import substitution in regions of the Volga Federal District.
