Rustam Minnikhanov takes regular leave

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on a regular leave from October 22-31, 2016. 

In accordance with Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov will fulfill duties of Tatarstan President during this period.
