On October 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the Order of the Red Star to the veteran of WWII Fatkhul Syrayev.

On October 10, at his office at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the state award of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Duslyk Order – to the President of the Association of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs of the republic Aleksandr Lavrentyev for his active public activities and contribution to the development of the republic. 

On October 8, representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan, who participated in the programme “Administrative skills: development of regional teams” presented their project “Development of non-resource export in the Republic of Tatarstan” in Moscow.

On October 8, at his meeting with Turkish Minister of economy Nihat Zeybekci and heads of Turkish companies, residents of Alabuga Special Economic Zone, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the visit of Nihat Zeybekci will give a good impetus to renewal of full-scale cooperation between Tatarstan and Turkish partners.

On October 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Turkish Minister of economy Nihat Zeybekci took part in the opening of two new plants of Şişecam company, - “Trakya Glass Rus” (production of construction glass), and “Automotive Glass Alliance Rus” (production of automotive glass) in Alabuga Special Economic Zone (Yelabuga, Tatarstan).  

On October 8, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Aleksey Frolov informed that in the current year the number of accidents in construction sphere decreased as compared to the same period of the previous year.

On October 7, Turkish Minister of economy Nihat Zeybekci, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Kazan international airport. The minister will visit Turkish enterprises working in Alabuga Special Economic Zone.

On October 6, during his working visit to Riga, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with executives of the AirBaltic Company.

On October 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a two-day working visit to Latvia (October 5-6), laid a wreath at the Monument to the Liberators of Riga.

On October 6, at his meeting with Latvian Minister of Economy Arvils Aseradens and Minister of Transport Uldis Augulis during his working visit to Latvia, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the current visit would facilitate the development of Tatarstan-Latvian trade-economic and investment cooperation.
