Accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov Oleg Kozhemyako looked around the Popov technopark, Innopolis University, sports complex, swimming-pool, lecture rooms, and laboratories.

On November 20, Governor of Sakhalin region Oleg Kozhemyako arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan (November 20-21).

He was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials at the Kazan international airport.
