On November 25, Russia Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Mutko, Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Russian Federation to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich and FIFA President Gianni Infantino, who arrived in Kazan, were met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Kazan International Airport.

On November 25, at the opening of the building of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan in Moscow judicial district of Kazan, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov said that the skill to execute justice when the losing side understands the decision is an important quality of magistrates.

On November 24, at their meeting at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Board Chairman of SuperOx (manufacturer of second generation high temperature superconducting tapes) Andrey Vavilov discussed some issues related to the ensuring of reliable and uninterrupted power supply, reduction of electricity transmission costs, and other topical issues.

On November 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a session of the Council on control over turnover of alcohol products. Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov took part in the session.

On November 24, the proposal to create a pilot platform for manufacturing and testing products using nanoagents  - fullerenes was announced at the Board session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”, which was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
