On November 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit in Paris (Republic of France), was met by Russia's Ambassador to France Alexander Orlov and other officials at the Le Bourget Airport. 

On November 29, at his meeting with Prime Minister of Saxony Stanislaw Tillich, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic has always actively cooperated with German regions notwithstanding all foreign political difficulties and continues developing trade and economic relations.

On November 29, during the economic forum “Tatarstan-Saxony” at Korston hotel in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic is interested in expanding cooperation with German companies. The forum was organized during the visit of German delegation to Tatarstan.

On November 28, Prime Minister of Saxony Stanislaw Tillich, who arrived on a three-day working visit in Kazan, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Kazan International Airport. 

On November 28, at a solemn awarding ceremony of laureates of the contest for prizes of the Tatarstan Government “For quality” , Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov said that enterprises more and more realize the importance of the quality of goods and services from year to year.

On November 28, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of HMS Group Artem Molchanov discussed prospective areas of cooperation in the field of engineering,including production of compressor and pumping equipment. 

On November 28, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov and Head of ANO "Russian quality system" Maksim Protasov discussed development of cooperation in terms of increasing the quality and safety of food products.  

On November 28, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Director of Federal State Budget institution “Medical Research Institute of Pulmonology”, chief therapist of Russian Ministry of Health Aleksandr Chuchalin and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov discussed issues of the development of health care industry in the republic.

On November 26, Deputy Chairman of Russian Government for sport, tourism and youth policy Vitaly Mutko, Russian Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, FIFA President Gianni Infantino, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev and other officials attended the official draw of FIFA Confederations Cup-2017 in Kazan.

On November 26, accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and rector of Kazan Federal University Ilshat Gafurov, Russian Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich visited chemical institute named after A.M.Butlerov in Kazan.
