On December 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held an online working meeting on the organization of the FINA World Swimming Championships 2025 in Kazan.

On December 4, schoolchildren who won competitions dedicated to the fight against corruption were awarded in the Kazan Kremlin. In total, 487 projects from different municipalities of Tatarstan were submitted to the competition, with 70 of them being declared winning projects in various nominations and age categories.

On December 2, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Russia Botirjon Asadov discussed the development of cooperation between Tatarstan and Uzbekistan aimed at strengthening Russian-Uzbek relations, further ways of development trade and economic ties under the coronavirus pandemic, in particular, the increase in the volume and range of mutual supplies of goods and services. They also discussed issues of interaction in education, culture and tourism.

On December 2, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of the World Muslim Communities Council Ali Rashid Al-Nuaimi.

On November 30, in Innopolis, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on the advanced complex development of the IT city of Innopolis. Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Roman Shaykhutdinov, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, member of the Supervisory Board of Innopolis University Nikolay Nikiforov, representatives of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone (SEZ), heads of regional ministries and departments tool part in the meeting.

On November 27, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank Olga Golodets discussed the issues of the introduction of Sber digital products in the healthcare sector of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan President handed in the medal “100th anniversary of the establishment of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic” to Isaev.

On November 25, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the Fund for the Protection of Citizens' Rights of Shared Construction Participants Konstantin Timofeev discussed the completion of the construction of problematic shared construction facilities in Tatarstan.

On November 25, an online ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understanding between Kazan Federal University (KFU) and the National Human Resources Development Institute of the Ministry of Human Resources of Korea (NHI) was held under the auspices of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Russian-Korean diplomatic relations.
