On 16 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the Russian Spiritual Board of Muslims, the Chairman of the Council of Muftis of Russia Ravil Gaynutdin discussed issues of cooperation in strengthening inter-ethnic and inter-confessional concord, development of Islamic education and a number of other important topics.

During his trip to Kazan Ravil Gaynutdin will visit the Kazan representative office of the Bolgar Islamic Academy and will take part in a meeting of the Academy Board of Founders.

On 16 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the Russia Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Center.

Participants of the forum discussed important issues of development of domestic venture market under current challenging environment, stating in particular the necessity of restoring the entire system of industrial and technological ties broken as a result of sanction limitations. Another important topic was import replacement and development of special investment regimes.

On 16 March, speaking at the opening ceremony of the of the Russia Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Center, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that this even has been held since 2005 and today has become a key event for presentation of innovative developments.

On 15 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the XI All-Russia assembly of Tatar rural entrepreneurs held in Kazan from 13 to 15 March and which gathered more than 500 representatives of  small business and farms from more than 47 regions of Russia.

On 15 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of the HMS Group Company Artem Molchanov discussed results of the Kazancompressormash Plant in 2022 and implementation of main projects at the plant.

On March 14, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic on the results of the development of the gas motor fuel market (NGV fuel) in 2022 and prospects for 2023, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko said that the fleet of natural gas vehicles exceeded 13,000 cars. About 2,000 more vehicles are planned to be throttled to NGV fuel this year.

On 14 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and a delegation of the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia (Moldova) discussed strengthening of cooperation between the regions, including development of trade and economic relations, interaction in agribusiness, medicine, pharmaceuticals, IT and other spheres.

On 1 March in the Government House of the republic the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the Hero of Russia, Russian pilot Damir Yusupov, who saved more than 200 passengers by emergency landing of the corn field in August 2019.

On 14 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of the DoorHan group of companies Aleksandr Khanin discussed implementation of current projects and prospects of further development of cooperation.

On 14 March at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chief Rabbi of Kazan and Tatarstan Yitzhak Gorelik discussed issues of interaction in strengthening inter-religious and inter-ethnic relations in the republic.
