On 9 March, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to ensure all necessary conditions for holding religious ceremonies and events during the Ramadan month and the Pancake week. 

On 9 March, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that our task is to hold the Russian Presidential Election at the highest level. 

On 8 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of opening the international tennis table competitions and XXII open personal-team regional tennis table competitions held from 7 to 10 March in the settlement of Bogatyye Saby in Tatarstan.

The competitions are held for 22 years on the row and 278 strongest athletes from Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan and China are taking part in them this year.

In his address on the occasion of the International Women’s Day, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov wrote: 

“Dear women! From the bottom of my heart I congratulate you with the  International Women’s Day. March 8 is the holiday loved by everyone and is filled with warmest feelings.

On 7 March, speaking at a solemn meeting dedicated to the International Women’s Day and held at the Korston Recreation Center in Kazan, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that in today’s times difficult for our country, our women are a reliable tower of strength for those who protect security of Russia at the special military operation. The State Counselor of the Republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Chairman of the regional State Council Farit Mukhametshin and the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin also took part in the event.

On 6 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working trip to the International Airport of Sochi to take part in a closing ceremony of the World Youth Festival 2024.

Right upon his arrival, Rustam Minnikhanov attended campuses of five cities of Russia – Moscow, Kazan, Yamal, Nizhniy Novgorod and Belgorod organized at the Medal Square of the federal territory Sirius by the World Youth Festival.

On 6 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of introducing the new Internal Minister of Tatarstan Police Major-General Damir Satretdinov to the team of the Ministry held at the main building of the Ministry for the republic with the Russian Internal Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev taking part in it via videoconference.

On March 5, during his working visit to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko, at which they discussed the results of the region’s work and key indicators of Tatarstan in ecology and environmental management.

On 5 March at their meeting in Manama, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came to the capital of Bahrain by an invitation from the Crown Prince of the country, and the King of Bahrain Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa discussed issues of cooperation.

Speaking at the meeting the King emphasized the importance of interaction with Tatarstan within the framework of Russia-Bahrain relations.

On 5 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a plenary session of the XII All-Russia gathering of entrepreneurs from Tatar villages which gathered 800 representatives of small business, farmers and small farms from 40 regions of Russia including Tatarstan, in the Korston Hotel and Recreation Center in Kazan.  The three-day programme of the event includes discussions, cultural events and a trip to Kukmor region to get acquainted with the experience of developing rural areas.
