Kazan citizens have said farewell to Tatarstan ex-minister of economy Damir Bikbov who passed away yesterday at the age of 67. Besides relatives, ministers and chiefs of largest Tatarstan enterprises, employees who used to work with Damir Bikbov came to say farewell.
