On 14 February at his meeting with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Ali Bageri and Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran Mehdi Safari, who also is an Iranian Sherpa (proxy) in BRICS in Tehran, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Iran, informed that a representative delegation of Tatarstan comprising state officials and businessmen came to Iran and  they are working according to the action-filled business programme in the Province of Isphahan, which tomorrow hosts a business forum Isphahan-Tatarstan with participation of the Governor of the Province Reza Mortazavi.

On 14 February at their meeting in Tehran, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Iran, and the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran Abbas Aliabadi discussed issues of development of foreign trade and growth of trade turnover.

On 13 February in the evening the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov came on a working visit to Iran where he plans to have official meetings and business negotiations in Tehran and Isphahan. Upon his arrival to the Tehran International Airport he was met by Russian Plenipotentiary Ambassador Aleksey Dedov, the Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran Mehdi Zeighami and other officials.

On 13 February during his working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing in 10 new passenger buses with the capacity of 100 people each to the city.

On 12 February on the sidelines of the resulting collegium of regional Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the Mariy El Yuriy Zaytsev signed an agreement of cooperation between Governments of their republics in trade-economic, scientific-technical, cultural and other spheres.

On 12 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a resulting collegium of regional Ministry of Industry and Trade held with participation of Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov, the Head of the Mariy El Yuriy Zaytsev, regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and other officials in the Recreational Center after V. Lenin in Kazan. The meeting was dedicated to results of the Ministry work in 2023 and tasks for 2024.

On 10 February the Deputy Head of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko, who came on a working trip to Kazan, and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a number of meeting related to issues of preparations to the coming Games of the Future. 

Russian Deputy Prime Minister and the Rais of the republic got acquainted with work of the technological-operational center which will monitor and control all IT systems and technical services during preparation process and the Games and took part in a meeting of the Chief Operational Center of the Games which is the central control unit for monitoring, coordination and information interaction of all processes during preparation and the Games.

On 10 February the Deputy Head of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko, who came on a working trip to Kazan, and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center and looked round the main competition sites of the coming Games of the Future.

On 10 February the Deputy Head of the Russian Government Dmitriy Chernyshenko, who came on a working trip to Kazan, and the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, accompanied by regional Minister of Sports Vladimir Leonov and Russian Deputy Minister of Sports Azat Kadyrov, looked round the Kazan Academy of Tennis with the aim of giving assessment of the facility readiness for hosting competitions during the international multi-sports phygital “The Games of the Future”.
