On October 2, as a member of a Russian delegation led by Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Arkady Dvorkovich, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in several meetings and talks with representatives of Ministries of Education of Germany and Ireland during the International Forum “Science and Technology in Science” in Kyoto (Japan).

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is taking part in Science and Technology in Society forum in Japan with the official Russian delegation, invited founder and chairman of the forum Mr Koji Omi to Tatarstan.

On September 30, in the afternoon,  at the International Investment Forum in Sochi, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the panel discussion “Resetting Russia's Special Economic Zones” which singled out Tatarstan as one the regions which proved in practice that special economic zones are beneficial for the economy.  

On September 30, at the International Investment Forum in Sochi Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of Rosseti Power Company Oleg Bugardin signed an agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan and Rosseti.
