On August 26, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on the construction of a ski and biathlon complex in the republic.

On August 26, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Education of the United Arab Emirates Hussain Ibrahim Al-Hammadi discussed issues of cooperation and strengthening business contacts in the field of education, development and promotion of blue-collar jobs.

On August 24, in the Kazan Kremlin, speaking at a solemn reception on behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and his wife Gulsina Minnikhanova dedicated to honouring the best families of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We have a good and kind tradition to invite the best, exemplary families to the Kazan Kremlin on the eve of Republic Day. A family is the foundation of the state, and we must carefully respect all family values that exist historically.”

On August 23, at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Centre during the WorldSkills Kazan-2019, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research of Switzerland Guy Parmelin.

On August 23, at the meeting at the Governor’s Palace of the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of municipal city of Armavir Andrei Kharchenko discussed issues of further inter-regional cooperation under the Agreement on trade and economic, scientific, technical and socio-cultural cooperation between the Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Tatarstan signed in January 2012.

On August 23, at their meeting at the Governor’s Palace of the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev discussed issues of mutually beneficial cooperation between the Rostov region and Tatarstan, outlined steps to further intensification of business contacts and implementation of a number of projects.

On August 22, at the Kazan Arena Stadium, before the opening of the 45th WorldSkills Competition, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting between Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and President of WorldSkills International Simon Bartley.

On August 22, via video-conferencing,  Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the commissioning ceremony of the CDU/VDU-6 installation at the TATNEFT's TANECO Oil Refining Complex in Nizhnekamsk.

On August 22, during his working visit to Tatarstan, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev together with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Kazan Expo Exhibition Centre – the main venue of the WorldSkills Competition.
