On February 20, at the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yury Borisov took part in a solemn ceremony dedicated to the completion of the construction of the new Volga gas turbine power plant.

On February 19, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yury Borisov, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Begishevo International Airport.

Borisov is scheduled to visit the Alabuga Special Economic Zone and hold a meeting on the development of production of composite materials.

On February 19, during his working visit to Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting on social and economic development of Nizhnekamsk municipal region of the republic.
